Need help with ChargeWatch? Here are answers to common questions.

How do I add a station?

Go to the Nearby tab, pan the map or search for a city, then tap a charger marker and press "Toevoegen" (Add). The station will appear on your Home screen.

Why am I not getting notifications?

Make sure notifications are enabled in iOS Settings → ChargeWatch → Notifications. Also verify that location access is set to "Always" so geofence alerts can trigger in the background.

Which charger networks are supported?

ChargeWatch shows chargers from all major operators in the Netherlands through the GRID network, including Shell Recharge, Allego, EVBox, Fastned, and many more.

How many stations can I monitor?

You can monitor up to 6 stations at a time on your home screen.

Does ChargeWatch work outside the Netherlands?

Currently, ChargeWatch focuses on charging stations in the Netherlands. Support for other countries may be added in the future.

The app shows a station as available but it isn't

Availability data comes from the charger operators via the GRID network. There can occasionally be a short delay between real-world status changes and what the app displays.
